French Onion Soup (mock)

French Onion Soup (mock)
Substitute this anytime your out of this soup

1/2 Tablespoon beef bullion (or 1-2 cubes)
1 Tablespoons instant minced onion
1 cup of water

In a 2-cup measuring cup, whisk the bullion in about 1/4 cup of water. Pour in the onion and the rest of the water to make 1 cup. Use in any recipe calling for French Onion Soup.

This picture is a double batch (2 cans of soup) but you get the idea ;)
