Skillet Tacos

**You've got to try these before you make a judgment. We LOVE it!!**

This is great on those busy days when you don't have time to wait for dinner to bake for 30+ minutes. Just throw it in, stir, & enjoy!

2 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
1  1/2 cup salsa
2 cups water
1-1/2 cups frozen corn (2 cans of corn, drained works, too)
12 flour tortillas cut into 1" strips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Brown your beef in a large skillet. Add the soup, salsa, water, corn, tortillas, and half the cheese. Stir it up and heat over medium-high heat until it boils. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining cheese and it's done!!
